The monk and the mortal

Hey guys! Sorry my com is down and I can't create the video I promised. But when I get my com back, I will create more!

Braden's Lesson 3:

This story is about a troubled man seeking help from a monk.
Troubled man says, "there're somethings, some people, some memories in life that I can't seem to let go"
Monk says, "there's nothing in life that you can't let go of."
Troubled man says, "sigh...some memories are so memorable that u can't let go. Some people, some things u love so much that u can't let go."
Monk says, " alright, let's sit down, enjoy our tea and have a little chat."
The monk handled over a teacup to the troubled man and started pouring hot water into the teacup. The monk kept pouring till the hot water eventually over flowed.
The troubled man, sensing the pain from the scalding hot water, immediately let go of the teacup and the teacup dropped onto the floor.
The monk said, "In this world there's nothing u can't let go of. When you can't bear the pain anymore, you'll let go."
Somethings, it's urs means it's urs. Things that are not urs, there's no use forcing.
Things happen for a reason. It's for you to learn and not repeat the mistakes again and get troubled in it.
