As u all know, I've quit studying in NTU due to several reasons on the previous few posts. Well, life goes on, my group of friends changed and those friends in NTU didn't really chat with me anymore.
Now my new friends are all ocbc colleagues. They are nice people :) I can tell u, working in a bank is definitely not easy. I haven't even start work officially and the trainings and tests are killing.
We are supposed to learn the financial law, most of the products of ocbc, how it functions, dress code, code of conduct, Internet banking, interest rates, the stupid financial act and many more!!! It's like woah....AND, most of the tests you will need 80% to pass! PLUS, the questions are NOT easy!!! PLUS, no retests if you fail! You will have to go through the whole course again! And if fail too many or the important tests, bye bye, you can leave the bank. Late more than 2 times also bye~!
It's tough, but it's good that the bank sets such high standards. So that we will be well trained and will deliver the best to our customers. :D
I hope I can quickly learn the required skills and earn lots of money. I have to work very hard and earn lots of money. I want to buy lots of nice food, water, and basic supplies to send to Africa. I want to go there for a holiday and teach the kids there to cook, to read, to play, to give them happiness. All they need is a little care and love from us. So I promise I will work hard! :) you guys wait for me. I promise.
